Description | The City of Superior , Wisconsin is requesting qualifications from qualified engineering consultants to perform tasks up to and including preliminary engineering design . This project involves a thorough evaluation of alternatives for grade separation aimed at improving safety and mobility by eliminating two at grade rail crossings situated within a high traffic rail yard operated by BNSF Railway ( BNSF ), located on N28th Street , Superior , Wisconsin , # 061459A and # 082636K . This project includes tasks from the project management plan completion to a preliminary design . This project is funded with a grant through the Federal Railroad Administration ( FRA ). |
