This Request for Information ( RFI ) is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center , Philadelphia Division ( NSWCPD ). The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of Depot level repairs and upgrades of LM2500 Titanium Compressor Stator Cases , Steel Compressor Stator Cases , Compressor Rear Frames , and Power Turbine Stator Cases . Specifications are listed in the attached Request for Information ( RFI ) and Statement of Work . SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES : Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required materials ( described in the attached RFI ) to meet NSWCPD needs . NSWCPD will only accept unclassified , electronic submissions . Responses shall be submitted via email to jenny . e . tomeo . civ @ us . navy . mil by 06 : 00PM EST , 15 April 2026 . Responses shall list " N64498 - 26 - RFPREQ - PD - 42 - 0065 " in the subject line . No phone calls shall be accepted . This notice is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal . This notice shall not be construed as a contract , a promise to contract , or as a commitment of any kind by the Government . The Government is NOT seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals . This notice is issued solely for conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 and gathering information for planning purposes . Government WILL NOT PAY for any information received , and the Government will not compensate the respondent for any cost incurred in developing the response to this notice .
