Description | The Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District ( NMID ) located in Nampa , Idaho currently employs approximately 35 employees working in the shop and 15 employees working in the office . The current shop and office buildings have been occupied by NMID for almost 100 years . With an eye to the future , NMID has purchased a 20 - acre parcel located in southern Canyon County for the development of a campus . The campus will include a shop building ( estimated 25 , 000 square feet ) and an office building ( estimated 5 , 000 square feet ) and all necessary infrastructure to support the mission and staff of the organization for the next 100 years .
