INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) NOTICE 2-1-QSC-T-26-075 DEMIL A Mixed Metals Scrap Term Contract NASA Kennedy Space Center – Merritt Island, FL 32953 The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the sale and recurring removal of Government-generated DEMIL A Mixed Metals Scrap located at NASA Kennedy Space Center, Florida. This solicitation establishes a term contract for the sale of scrap property, with removal required as a condition of sale. The successful bidder shall remove scrap material on a recurring, as-needed basis in coordination with the Agency Government Representative (AGR), and in accordance with all site-specific operational, security, and safety requirements. Certified weight tickets are required; contractor-owned scales are not permitted. Performance Guarantee of $100,000 required post-award. Required insurance documentation must be furnished prior to performance in accordance with IFB Section 7.2. All amendments must be acknowledged.
