Description | Please note : This is a Sole Source Notification . The Office of Administration , Information Technology Division ( ITSD ) on behalf of the Missouri Department of Agriculture ( MDA ) requires cloud hosting services for the existing AgEnterprise and AgLabs National Agribusiness Technology Center ( NATC ) AgraGuard applications .. Acclaim Systems , Inc . is the sole authorized vendor for the NATC for AgEnterprise and AgLabs andis the only vendor certified by the NATC to provide the maintenance , technical support , enhancements , and cloud hosting required by ITSD / MDA for the AgraGuard applications . As a result , this represents a proprietary requirement that meets the criteria as a single feasible source under RSMo 34 . 044 as the state is pursuing this acquisition as a Single Feasible Source . |
