National CMOP Hazardous Waste Removal

The Department of Veterans Affairs ( VA ), NCO 15 , issues a solicitation for nationwide Hazardous and Non ‑ Hazardous Waste Removal and Disposal Services in support of all Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy ( CMOP ) facilities . Services include the collection , packaging , transportation , analysis , treatment , and disposal of hazardous waste , non ‑ hazardous chemical waste , universal waste ( including batteries and lamps ), pharmaceutical waste ( hazardous and non ‑ hazardous ), lab packs , and biohazardous sharps containers . The contractor shall provide all labor , supervision , equipment , containers , labels , documentation , waste manifests , transportation , and certified disposal facilities in compliance with all applicable Federal , State , and local environmental and transportation regulations . Services will be performed at multiple CMOP sites located in KS , MA , AZ , TX , TN , IL , and SC . This requirement will be solicited as a Firm ‑ Fixed ‑ Price Indefinite ‑ Delivery Indefinite ‑ Quantity ( IDIQ ) contract with one base year and four option years . The procurement will be a 100 % Service ‑ Disabled Veteran ‑ Owned Small Business ( SDVOSB ) set ‑ aside under NAICS 562112 ( Hazardous Waste Collection ).
