Description | ENGINEERING : The selected Engineer shall complete engineering services in accordance with applicable State and Federal laws , regulations and procedures . Engineer shall provide professional engineering services , including serving as the Owner ’ s professional engineering representative for the Project , and providing professional engineering consultation and advice . Activities will include engineering design , permitting , bidding and construction phase services for replacement of approximately 9 miles of 4 ” steel pipe of an existing natural gas line and reconnect all existing services . The current gas system is installed within the right of way of Highway 603 and is located from Highway 43 to Central Avenue , and was installed during the 1960 ’ s . Engineering firms proposing to perform engineering services should submit a list of their qualifications , experience , and capacity for performance . Firms must submit the name of the person within the firm who will be the Owner ’ s contact and will be primarily responsible for rendering services if the firm is selected . |
