Newton County School System seeks a qualified natural gas supplier to provide natural gas service for 13 Atlanta Gas Light Company ( AGL ) accounts . The estimated annual usage is about 60 , 100 therms per year . Load data and AGL account numbers are listed in the chart below . GENRERAL A . Flow date is June 1 , 2026 B . The default gas commodity cost shall be NYMEX settle month for service days of each invoice period . C . Additional accounts may be added under mutual agreement at the NYMEX plus price and pipeline transport contract terms . D . Atlanta Gas Light Company ( AGLC ) Base Charges must be the actual regulated charges as applied to supplier by AGLC . If the supplier contracts a DDDC Adder as pipeline demand component of transportation , then this can be applied only by the supplier paying AGL for interstate capacity during the bill period . E . The supplier may be asked to provide Summary Invoicing . F . A copy of the bill data shall be provided in an excel spreadsheet upon request and emailed to the School System representative within 30 days of the bill date . G . A dedicated account manager shall be assigned to the School System
