Danmark skal fra den 1. juli til 31. december 2025 varetage det roterende formandskab for EU's ministerråd (EU-formandskabet). I den forbindelse har Danmark afholdt et politisk højniveaumøde den 1. oktober 2025 i København. For at afvikle højniveaumødet indgik Udenrigsministeriet den 27. maj 2025 kontrakt vedrørende leje af midlertidige konferencefaciliteter til Danmarks EU-formandskab 2025 med virksomheden, Rodkjær Event A/S. Udenrigsministeriet har tidligere offentliggjort bekendtgørelse nr. 344738-2025 om indgåede kontrakter.
