NELHA runs a 24 / 7 / 365 seawater pumping utility that live animals rely on the constant water circulation . The system cannot be down for more than 2 hours . The VFD will require the motor leads attachment points , communication connections and bolt mountings to be located in similar locations as our current ABB VFD Drives . The VFD manufactures shall demonstrate that conductors , and communication connections will not be required to be re - routed or re - pulled due to length issues in order to hot swap a non - working VFD with a working VFD . Wall mounting holes will need to be in similar locations to avoid any drilling to hot swap a non - working VFD with a working VFD . All line - item pricing shall include all related procurement costs , including shipping and handling costs to the NELHA facility in Kailua Kona , Hawaii .
