Provide and deliver all equipment as shown on “ Exhibit A Equipment Schedule ”. a . All materials shall be delivered to Ault - Highland District Re9 210 West 1st Street , Ault , CO 80610 ; b . Respondent ’ s proposal shall include all shipping , handing , and applicable sales tax . 2 . Provide a minimum of 12 months manufacture ’ s warranties for all equipment listed on the “ Exhibit A – Equipment Schedule .” EXHIBIT A EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE ; Manufacturer Item Description Part Number Quantity Installation ; Ubiquiti Aggregation Switch USW - Aggregation 5 No ; Ubiquiti Switch USW - Pro - Max - 48 - PoE 25 No ; Ubiquiti Access Point U7 - Pro - Max 4 No ; Ubiquiti Access Point E7 - US 60 No ; EXCLUDED FROM THE CONTRACTOR ’ S SCOPE ; The following Items are excluded from the Contractor ’ s Scope of Work for this Project and will be provided by others : 1 . Installation and or programming of equipment . |
