Description | Innlandet county invites tenderers to give input on competition documents for a framework agreement for network equipment with licences. After the tender documentation is published, there are limited possibilities to change the tender documentation with terms, and reservations and deviations in the tender can lead to rejection. The contracting authority specifically requests feedback on the attached questions, as well as any other comments on the tender documentation. The tender documentation is completely attached. The contracting authority emphasises the following: Participation is voluntary Participation in and answers will not have any consequences for any participation in the subsequent competition. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to comply with the input in the subsequent competition. Information that is considered as business secrets will be treated confidentially, cf. the Public Procurement Act and the Public Administration Act. Any costs that the tenderer has to give feedback on the competition documents will not be refunded. Deadline for feedback 13.11.2026. |
