Description | The Coffee County School system invites vendors to submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal ( RFP ). This RFP provides the requirements and evaluative criteria for two HPE Aruba Networking Hybrid Gateways with components , licenses and installation & configuration , or equivalent hybrid gateway . The district requests a detailed response from all prospective certified vendors , including pricing and service descriptions , in a specified format . The Coffee County School System ( CCSS ) is requesting sealed proposals from Authorized Resellers for : A ) Two ( 2 ) HPE Aruba Networking 9000 Series Hybrid Gateways ( R9M45A ) with components , licenses and installation & configuration , or equivalent hybrid network gateway of any brand , as long as it serves the same service and functionality . B ) Two ( 2 ) Power Supplies ( JL085A ); C ) Eight ( 8 ) Transceivers 10G SFP + LC SR OM3 ( J9150D ); D ) Gateway License ( 5 year ); E ) Installation and Configuration to be included in the cost ; Note : Any E - rate ineligible software should be included as a separate line item on the price form . |
