NH78 Acetal Material Chain , Shear Pin Sprockets & Chain Take - Up Assemblies

The selected Vendor shall furnish all labor , materials , equipments , packaging , and transportation necessary to provide the following : • Supply 140 feet of NH78 Acetal material chain suitable for wastewater clarifier applications . • Supply nine ( 9 ) NH78 Shear - Pin Sprockets , 11 - tooth , 9 . 26 " pitch diameter , solid cast urethane body with nylon sprocket rim , 1 - 3 / 8 " shaft , standard keyway . • Provide 316 stainless steel hardware , nylon trip pins , and aluminum shear pins for each sprocket , including five ( 5 ) extra pieces of aluminum shear pins . • Supply Eight ( 8 ) Non - Metallic Chain Take - Up Assemblies in accordance with Town - provided drawings and diemnsional requirements . • Provide certified materials documentation , including product data sheets , dimensional drawings , and manufacturer specifications confirming compatibility with NH78 systems . • Package , protect , and deliver all materials to the Town ' s designated facility or job site . • Provide shipping manifest , bill of lading , and delivery verification upon arrival . • Provide manufacturer warranties and applicable operations and maintenance ( O & M ) documentation for all supplied components . • Provide factory test or quality certification documentation where applicable . All materials shall be new , unused , and fully compatible with the Town ' s existing wastewater mechanical screening systems .
