The original published notice was issued as a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Intention to Award Notice utilising Direct Award Process C, followed by a subsequent corrigendum. The award of the contracts was conducted in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, neither the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 nor the Procurement Act 2023 applied to this award process. A mandatory standstill period was observed and concluded without any representations being received. The providers were assessed against the five key PSR criteria and all mandatory requirements, and was deemed to have met these satisfactorily. No conflicts of interest were identified in relation to the procurement process.
