Description | Non - Personal Healthcare Service Contract for two ( 2 ) Inpatient Pediatric Nurses in the Inpatient Pediatrics department at the Northern Navajo Medical Center , Shiprock , NM , 87420 . Period of Performance will include a Base Period ( 6 - months ) + Option Period ( 6 - months ) both equaling 1 full year ( 12 - months ) from date of award . And an additional 4 Option Periods ( 6 - months each ).** It is the responsibility of the Offeror to submit only qualified , applicable , and available personnel . Any personnel submitted by multiple Offerors will not be forwarded for evaluation and further consideration . **** Any offeror responses received that are not in Volume ( s ) format as instructed in Section E - Solicition Provisions will be marked as “ non - responsive ” and responses will not be forwarded for evaluation and further consideration .** |
