Description | The Contractor shall furnish all labor , materials , and equipment as required for the manufacture and complete delivery of all non - OEM load and guide roller assemblies for Serpentix conveyors specified herein in this Contract for Serpentix conveyor systems . All items shall be delivered to Department of Environmental Protection – Bureau of Wastewater Treatment (“ DEP - BWT ”) plants and facilities and be neatly stored within the plant or facilities at Sites designated by the respective Plant Superintendents or their authorized representatives . The Contractor shall provide all qualified labor and mobile high loader , crane or other equipment necessary with NYC licensed operator , if necessary , for the satisfactory delivery , and unloading . City equipment and labor shall not be provided in the loading or unloading of the conveyor roller assemblies and parts . |
