The work includes furnishing all labor , equipment and materials necessary to complete thework including North Marina Redevelopment to include the Installation of a steel sheet pilewall replacement seawall , and associated tieback assembly . Fabrication and installation offixed platforms . Construction of a floating dock system with installation of associatedfendering , mooring cleats , signage , and safety ladders as designated . Installation of gangwayramps connecting the fixed platforms to the floating dock system . Placement of rip - rap supportstone and woody debris habitat structures , Installation of all associated anchorage devices forboth fixed and floating structures . Grading of the upland site in conjunction with new featuresand specified grades , slopes , swales etc . Furnishing and installation of a marina bathhousebuilding and adjacent concrete promenade and replacement sidewalks . Furnishing andinstallation of upland utilities to include sanitary , gas , electrical , and potable water systems asshown . Furnishing and installation of upland landscaping , native plantings , furnishings , andsite lighting as shown . Furnishing and installation of marine utility pedestals and fire pedestals . Installation of marina utility lines and features , including water , electrical , and dry fire , withconnections as necessary to existing site utilities . Existing asphalt parking lot improvements & access additions , and related work , and to provide all plant , labor , supplies , new and currentmaterials , transportation , equipment , and incidental and related items necessary to completethis Work . The Contractor agrees to perform the entire Work in accordance with : the Drawingsand Specifications entitled " North Marina Redevelopment ”, Lake St .
