Description | Owner is replacing 13 aging end - of - life rooftop AC units ( RTUs ) with new replacement units at the Beaverton Operations Center office space . Owner is also upgrading the HVAC digital controls for these units and making minor HVAC alterations to their data room HVAC . Ceiling supply diffusers throughout are being replaced . Work includes HVAC , mechanical , electrical ; and roofing work for one RTU . 2 . One RTU is a vav multizone unit with ten interior single duct electrical reheat TUs and associated ductwork . The remaining twelve RTUs are single zone constant volume rooftop replacements that reuse the existing indoor ductwork . 3 . There will be no changes to the existing building envelope , area , square footage , occupancy , interior partitions or separations , storm drainage , ADA , plumbing fixtures , fire sprinklers , egress , or exiting . |
