1 . The Contractor shall provide services to ensure Scripting are compatible with the databases and applications used by the Employment Development Department employees . Such programs used to perform their job duties include , but are not limited to , mainframe systems , databases and terminal emulators , such as EDDCOMM ( Employment Development Department Communication ), SCDB ( Single Client Data Base ), CUBS ( California Unemployment Benefit Services ), and the VCC ( Verizon Call Center ). 2 . Upon completion of the scripting services , the Contractor shall provide scripting on use and instructions on use of macros to ensure the end user can utilize scripting / training to perform their essential functions . User will be given instructions on how to access to the databases and applications used by the EDD employees . Such programs used to perform their job duties include , but are not limited to , databases and terminal emulators , such as EDDCOMM , SCDB , CUBS , and the VCC , etc . 3 . The Contractor shall create a working back - up copy of the scripts to be inputted onto additional computers , at the Department ’ s discretion complete with written instruction on how to input additional copies of the scripts . 4 . The Contractor shall provide a written report which summarizes the services provided . The report should explain what was scripted / trained , as well as explain any issues that arise during the scripting / training . 5 . The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor , materials , equipment and transportation to the EDD offices which are necessary to provide the requested services . 6 . The Contractor must be able to travel to and within the Northern California area , specifically : Alameda , Capitola , Chico , Concord , Eureka , Fremont , Fresno , Hayward , Jackson , Lakeport , Madera , Marysville , Merced , Modesto , Monterey , Newark , Oakland , Oroville , Pleasanton , Porterville , Rancho Cordova , Redding , Sacramento , Salinas , San Andres , San Francisco , San Jose , San Rafael , Santa Cruz , Santa Rosa , Sonora , Stockton , Tracy , Ukiah , Vallejo , Visalia , Woodland
