COUNTY OF LARIMER , COLORADO NOTICE OF CONTRACTOR ' S SETTLEMENTNotice is hereby given that on the 18th day of December , 2025 , at Fort Collins , Colorado final settlement will be made by the County of Larimer with Martin Marietta Materials , Inc ., 1800 North Taft Hill Road , Fort Collins , Colorado , 80521 , herein after called the " Contractor " for and on account of the contract for Bid No : B25 - 09 , Project No . 9091 – 2025 Resurfacing Program . Any person ( s ), co - partnership , association or corporation having an unpaid claim against said project , for or on account of the furnishing of labor , material , team hire , sustenance , provisions , provender or other supplies consumed by such contractor or any of his subcontractors in or about the performance of said work , may , at any time up to and including said time of final settlement , file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim . All such claims shall be filed with the Larimer County Engineering Department either by email , or physical mail ( USPS mail or courier ) as identified below and must bereceivedon or before 4 : 30 p . m . on the final settlement date referenced above .
