The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in Kayenta, AZ, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to BW Electric, Inc. UEI No.: YK3ULD1EH6U9 for services – Annual preventive maintenance services for the existing Access Control System at Kayenta Health Center as required by the Security Department. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to BW Electric, Inc. in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive service agreement. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than BW Electric, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Charity Yellowhair-Gilbert, Contract Specialist, at charity.yellowhair-gilbert@ihs.gov by 10:00am EST on Thursday, April 2, 2026. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
