**** THIS IS A PUBLIC NOTICE ONLY - BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY NORTH RIDGE CONSTRUCTION **** Bid Invitation – Vae View Elementary Addition / RemodelNorth Ridge Construction has been awarded a CMGC contract for the Vae View Elementary School project for the Davis School District . The School is an Existing Elementary in Layton UT that was built in 1962 . The project includes 11 , 270 SF of new Class Room and Administration Space , 6 , 288 SF of Addition in the center area of the school that is currently an open courtyard space , and the remodel of selective interior spaces . The courtyard and entry way additions will be constructed out of a timber / steel hybrid system . The classrooms / administrative additions will be masonry and steel . The existing school currently does not have a Fire Sprinkler System . As a part of this project we will be adding a complete new fire system throughout the entirety of the existing school and the new additions . Construction is scheduled to begin with selective demolition in early February 2026 and complete the end of March 2027 .
