Environment: Climate?controlled units suitable for sensitive equipment/materials. Access: Repetitive (recurring) access by NRCS personnel; secure access controls; hours consistent with mission needs. Safety/Security: Facility must meet standard commercial safety/security practices (e.g., lighting, security cameras, and gated access) and provide routine maintenance of units and common areas.
