Provide Equipment , and Labor to remove existing 2000 - gallon AST . Install new 2000 - gallon UL 2085 Fireguard DW AST ; install 3 " fill piping for remote fill ; install product piping ; install Wayne dispenser supplied by customer and connect to existing fuel controller ; install bollards around tank and dispenser : Haul and dispose of all debris . 1 - Obtain permits for job , if required by local inspectors . 2 - Furnish labor to disconnect electrical conduit and wire from existing diesel tank . 3 - Furnish labor and equipment to remove existing off road diesel tank and dispose of off - site . 4 - Furnish labor and equipment to unload and set new tank on existing tank pad . 5 - Furnish labor and equipment to test tank . 6 - Furnish labor to remove the following equipment and re - install on new tank : Morrison clock gauge 7 - Furnish and install adjustable tank monitor sensor and overfill alarm . 8 - Furnish and install leak indicator on 2 " tank monitor pipe 9 - Furnish and install 5 - gallon spill containment manhole with fill adapter and dust cap . 10 - Furnish and install 1 - 1 / 2 " fuel supply piping with anti - siphon valve , ball valve and pressure regulating valve . 11 - Furnish labor to install customer supplied Wayne dispenser on tank mounted pump stand . 12 - Furnish labor and material to reconnect existing electrical conduit and wire to new pump . 13 - Furnish and install new hanging hardware . 14 - Furnish labor to test pump and register . 15 - Furnish and install ( 12 ) 6 " pipe bollards around perimeter of new tank and pour concrete around base of bollard .
