Description | Services funded under this solicitation are not intended to duplicate child welfare case management , legal services , home visiting , behavioral health , aging services , or parenting education programs such as Parent Line . The Contractor shall function as an Oʻahu - based navigation and stabilization pilot resource for kūpuna caregivers . This initiative is designed to : Improve identification and connection to existing supports ; Reduce caregiver isolation ; Improve access to benefits and services ; Strengthen caregiver confidence in navigating systems ; Increasing digital literacy ; and , Identify recurring barriers impacting informal ʻohana caregiving households . DOH seeks a qualified organization to deliver navigation - focused support services on Oʻahu during this initial exploratory pilot year . Year One will prioritize service mapping , utilization analysis , and identification of systemic barriers to inform potential future expansion . |
