OHP is exploring solutions that can replace its current manual and fragmented scheduling processes with a centralized , secure , and rolebased web - based appointment management system . Through this Request for Information ( RFI ), the County seeks vendor input on available technologies , implementation approaches , integration capabilities , and cost considerations . The County recognizes that vendor solutions may not address all the functional requirements specified in this RFI . The County is interested in understanding , through vendor responses , how the vendor solution approaches these capabilities , where potential gaps may exist , and how such gaps could be addressed through configuration . OHP operates as the central hub for County medical clearances . The OHP team manages three ( 3 ) distinct exam tracks : Pre - Employment / Post - Offer Medical Examination ( PEPO ), Occupational Mandated Examination ( OME ), and Fitness for Life ( FFL ). Currently , these are siloed , leading to inefficiencies . Our goal is to have central visibility for OHP to see all clinic capacities at once . Specifically , the County ’ s objectives for the OHP Scheduling Solution are to : • Modernize and streamline the scheduling of three ( 3 ) medical examinations of OME , PEPO , and FFL . • Improve efficiency and reduce manual workload for OHP staff , clinics , departments , applicants , and employees . • Enhance data accuracy , security , and auditability . • Provide real - time visibility into appointment availability across clinics .
