Description

Classification of the products to be procured : 1 Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : Office computer 130 units Type of the procurement : Rent Basi requirements of the procurement : A The PCs shall be intended for general administrative work, as well as for on-campus and off-campus use, web conferencing, and the use of cloud services such as Slack, Box, Zoom, and Microsoft 365. B A master image template for image deployment shall be created. C Image deployment shall be performed on 1,30 PCs based on the created master image template. D The PCs shall be installed on the Ookayama, Yokohama, Tamachi, Yu shima/Surugadai, and Konodai campuses. E The PCs shall be connected to the University's existing network infrastructure and external communication networks and shall be capable of network communication. F Documentation for recreating the master image template, image deployment procedures, PC parameter sheets, and equipment inventory information shall be delivered. G Appropriate maintenance services and prompt incident response capabilities shall be provided.
