The Contractor must perform project tasks and / or deliverables including , but not limited to , the following : A . The Contractor shall provide all labor , equipment , and materials to perform various assembly and disassembly , removal , relocation and / or reconfiguration of modular systems furniture as required by Cal OES . i . Equipment may include , but is not limited to , the following : tools specific for assembly and / or disassembly , moving dollies , panel carts , open tops , miscellaneous hardware for assembly , shrink wrap , moving blankets and moving cardboard . B . The Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment to perform office move related services including packing , moving , transportation , delivery , unpacking and move management . i . Equipment may include , but is not limited to , the following : tools , moving dollies , hand trucks , panel carts , computer carts , open tops , anchors , screws , hooks ( for hanging pictures , whiteboards , TV monitors , various office equipment ), shrink wrap , moving blankets , moving cardboard , moving boxes , moving labels , IT bags ( for mice , keyboards , cabling , various electronic equipment ). C . The Contractor shall be required from time to time to operate a forklift to load and unload water , copier paper and different pallets of commodities . D . The Contractor shall provide experienced personnel for personal computer disconnection services as requested by the Cal OES Contract Manager or designee . All sensitive equipment shall be pad - wrapped .
