Sealed Bids for the Construction of the Oklahoma Avenue MIS Capacity Improvements , Contract No . C03013C01 located in the City of Milwaukee , Wisconsin , and the City of West Allis , Wisconsin . The contractor will be responsible for : · Various lengths of 8 ", 10 ", 12 " and 48 " diameter sewer in tunnel , open cut , and open cut or jacked pipe · 6 MMSD concrete manholes · 4 City of Milwaukee precast concrete manholes · 1 City of West Allis precast concrete manhole · Modifications to or the abandonment of 6 manholes · The abandonment of various lengths of 12 ", 15 " and 21 " diameter sewer · The decommissioning of a pump station , including an offsite 125 - kilowatt generator ( to become the property of the Contractor ). · Approximately 175 linear feet of 6 - inch or 8 - inch diameter water main . The Contractor shall perform all associated pavement and surface restoration , utility relocation , erosion control , traffic control , and geotechnical monitoring in accordance with the Contract Documents . The work involves facilities owned by the District , the City of Milwaukee , and the City of West Allis . The work will occur along South 72nd Street , between South Honey Creek Drive and West Oklahoma Avenue , and along West Oklahoma Avenue , between South 72nd Street and South 77th Street .
