Description | The work includes , but is not limited to , removal and disposal of the existing perimeter fencing at the Olan Thomas Park Warehouse and replacement with new 8 - foot - high vinyl coated chain - link fencing with slats for privacy screening , topped with barbed wire ; an automated 12 - foot - wide sliding gate at entrance ; and a new 25 - foot X 30 - foot carport structure with LED lighting under ; and building repairs including roof coating , exterior wall panel replacement , lighting replacement , and other internal and external repairs and building modifications . The drawings and specifications further define the scope of work . The Contractor shall furnish all required equipment , materials , and labor necessary for completion of the work described herein . |
