Work will include removing and replacing the existing Formica countertops with quartz composite countertops , Bavaria BT351 color , 3 / 4 " thick with a 4 " back and side splash ( 2 sides ) and 6 " front face out of the same material mounted on brackets , contractor to provide the brackets . Sinks are to be 18 - 1 / 2 " x 13 - 3 / 4 " rectangular , undermount , white porcelain . City will install all faucets and drain connections . |
