Description | 9201 Olive Blvd will be the staging area throughout the duration of the project . Fencing is allowed around the perimeter of the property to secure materials and equipment . The above - ground building structure will be razed by others prior to Notice to Proceed . The CONTRACTOR will be responsible for all foundation and utility service line removals from the property , including the water service line abandonment with pavement restoration on public ROW , if required . Work within public ROW is to occur concurrently with the roadway work to limit the traffic control along Olive Blvd . CONTRACTOR shall remove all asphalt paving , either existing or temporary , grades brought to elevation shown on the grading plan , all material removed from property and reseed all disturbed areas . . Backfill may be required on site to match the proposed grading plans . |
