Olney and Revere Intersections - Owner ’ s Representative ( OR ) and Construction Contract Administration ( CCA )

The City of Bend ( City ) requests proposals from qualified Consultants for owner ’ s representative ( OR ), construction contract administration ( CCA ) and limited construction inspection services for the Olney / Revere Intersections Project ( Project ). The Project will use a progressive design - build ( PDB ) method of project delivery . The purpose of the project is to design and construct safety and traffic flow improvements along two corridors at the intersections of NE 4th Street and NE Revere Avenue , NE 4th Street and NE Olney Avenue , NE 8th Street and NE Revere Avenue , and NE 8th Street and NE Olney Avenue . The City intends to engage the services of a qualified and experienced Consultant able to provide OR and CCA support to the City through all project phases including pre - construction , final design and construction . Qualified Consultants will be experienced in progressive design - build project delivery . Familiarity with the Oregon Department of Transportation ( ODOT ) 2021 Standard Specifications for Construction and other industry standard specifications is also expected .
