Summary . Charlotte Douglas International Airport ( CLT or the Airport ), operated by the City of Charlotte , seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide executive and professional coaching services to leaders across all divisions of the Airport . The goal is to enhance leadership capabilities , foster strategic thinking , and support personal and professional growth aligned with CLT ’ s vision , mission , and strategic principles . The successful Proposer ( s ) will support the development and growth of employees through structured coaching engagements aligned with employee , divisional , and organizational goals . The executive and professional coaching services aim to :  Enhance leadership capabilities and performance .  Support career development and succession planning .  Address specific performance or competency challenges .  Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement , collaboration , and innovation .  Align individual growth with organizational goals and strategic initiatives .  Foster employee engagement and retention . The target audience includes the following :  Executives and senior leaders .  Mid - level managers and supervisors .  High - potential employees and emerging leaders .  Leaders identified through succession planning .  Intact teams as needed .  Cross - functional team leads and project managers . 2 . Services scope of work . The successful Proposer ( s ) shall provide the following services : A . Executive Coaching  One - on - one hybrid coaching for senior leaders .  Development of personalized leadership impact plans .  Support for transition into new leadership roles .  Strategic visioning and stakeholder engagement coaching .  Customized coaching and development plans .  Goal setting and progress tracking .
