Description | • Cast Iron Section Boilers : • Disconnect burners to access the fire chamber , vacuum and brush clean between all sections , and inspect flue breaching . • Reconnect burners , perform tuning , and provide combustion analysis printout in a plastic sleeve on boiler front . • This task shall be priced separately for each school with cast iron boilers . • Condensing Boilers : • Perform cleaning and inspection per manufacturer ' s specifications and procedures ( Lochinvar , AERCO , etc .). • Labor Rates : • Provide hourly labor rates for straight time and overtime outside PM / tuning scope . • Inspections : • Facilities Manager must inspect fire chambers and condensing units prior to reassembly . • Subcontractor Markup : • State percentage markup on subcontracted work . |
