Description | The Municipality of Norristown ( the “ Municipality ”) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors and qualified individual service providers to furnish on - call , as - needed electrical services for municipal facilities , infrastructure , systems , and related municipal needs . The Municipality seeks to establish one or more contracts with qualified proposers capable of furnishing all labor , supervision , materials , tools , equipment , transportation , permits , and incidentals necessary to perform electrical maintenance , troubleshooting , repair , emergency response , minor installation work , and related services as directed by the Municipality . This Request for Proposals (“ RFP ”) is intended to permit submissions from either : • firms , companies , partnerships , corporations , or other business entities regularly engaged in electrical contracting or electrical service work ; or • individuals who are qualified to perform the services described herein and who satisfy all applicable licensing , insurance , registration , and contractual requirements . |
