This is a task - based procurement and contract . The scope of work is miscellaneous small construction or repair projects that will be assigned as Tasks that are each estimated to be less than $ 30 , 000 in value . As illustrated by the Unit Prices required by § III . Bid Form and Supplements , subsection ( A .), the Tasks are expected to cover the entire spectrum of common construction and repair related services and trades , including but not limited to : turnkey projects , new construction , demolition , renovations , interior fit outs , site improvements , renovations / remodeling , and maintenance / repair of facilities and pavement . Bidders can expect Tasks to potentially include some , none , or all of the trades represented in the Unit Price List . The Contractor shall provide services at various locations as needed . CLT may choose to supply some , none , or all of the construction materials required for any specific Task .
