On - Call Janitorial Services

A . The Contractor shall furnish all labor and supervision ; pay all taxes , licenses , insurance and permit fees necessary ; and shall abide by any and all federal , state , and city laws or rules affecting the work for the Janitorial Services as outlined in this exhibit under " Maintenance Schedule " and " Performance Standards ." Contract is for One ( 1 ) Janitor to work alongside the EDD Janitor . B . Contractors will not be required to furnish materials . Supplies will be on hand . Should contractor prefer to use their own equipment / materials that will be the prerogative of the contractor and the State will not reimburse for those supplies . The EDD will furnish all fluorescent tubes and bulbs ( if applicable ). C . All interior janitorial services work shall be performed Monday through Friday , unless other arrangements are made with Business Operations Planning and Support Division ( BOPSD ). Work is to start at 1 : 00 PM and end at 5 PM , unless other arrangements are made with the Office Manager and approved by Business Operations Planning and Support Division ( BOPSD ). D . The Contractor will report to the EDD Office Manager .
