Description | The City desires to obtain the services of up to three ( 3 ) outside firms or individuals for a term of one ( 1 ) year with the option to renew for four ( 4 ) additional years to help the City with “ on - call ,” “ as - needed ” mechanical engineering work for various capital projects within the City . The selected organization will provide the full range of services including , but not limited to , work within the public right - of - way , parks , wharves , beaches , buildings and grounds , pump stations , tunnels , City systems , all Army systems supported through the Intergovernmental Support Agreement ( IGSA ), energy system design , Title 24 analysis , or to act as an extension of City staff . Tasks may consist of full design , from conception to construction , or be of a very limited nature . Each task will be based on an agreed upon scope , schedule and fee . An individual work order will be created under this Master Agreement for the completion of each task order . |
