Area disturbed , shall be backfilled , and cleaned and dressed and left in a neat condition acceptable to the City of Jonesboro , before payment . The Contractor shall furnish concrete , flowable fill , aggregate base course class 7 , fill sand , backfill soil , expansion , key - ways and any other materials required for proper installation . Contractor shall perform cleanup of all debris after completion of sections . Unclassified Excavation shall consist of the excavation and disposal of all materials of whatever character encountered in the work . Borrow material shall consist of a soil , or a mixture of soil and stone or gravel or other acceptable material , reasonably free from sod , stumps , logs , roots , or other perishable or deleterious matter , and shall be capable of forming a stable embankment when compacted . All work shall be in accordance with the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department Standard Specifications for Highway construction , Latest Edition .
