The successful contractor shall furnish all supervision , labor , tools , transportation , equipment , and materials necessary to perform all work in accordance with this specification and scope of work to the satisfaction of the State Highway Administration OOM . The vendor is to use current practices established in the lawn care industry to perform this work . All work is to be done in a safe manner , adhering to OSHA and MOSH regulations and standards . Vendor shall be licensed to perform work in the State of Maryland . 7491 Connely Drive , Hanover Maryland 21076 Turf Mowing : All turf - mowing areas of the Hanover facility will be cut during each mowing cycle . The contractor will provide services on a bi - weekly schedule , which will be determined by the contract manager at the start of the mowing season . The contract manager will coordinate a schedule with the successful bidder for the mowing cycles .
