Description | Provide routine maintenance and emergency repair of pavement throughout the County of San Bernardino as requested . Maintenance and repairs may include , but are not limited to , the following : 1 . Repair cracks and holes to various pavement types . 2 . Repair / replace buckled or buckling portions of various pavement types . 3 . Patch holes in various types of pavement . 4 . Provide slurry coat / seal to pavement . 5 . Commercial and Industrial applications . 6 . Contractor shall comply with all provisions of the Labor Code , including , but not limited to the provision added by Senate Bill 854 ( signed into law on June 20 , 2014 ), and shall not pay less than prevailing wage . ( For more information on the Prevailing Wage Laws , including Senate Bill 854 , see Section X . A . 42 and Exhibit A of this RFP .) 7 . Vendor must be available 24 hours a day , 7 days a week . 8 . Vendor response time must not exceed 2 hours . 9 . Must be registered with California State Department of Industrial Relations . 10 . All work to be performed at prevailing wage rates . 11 . Cost for individual projects must be less than $ 75 , 000 . |
