Description | The on - call work includes furnishing all labor , materials , tools , transportation , equipment , and facilities required for pump and equipment inspections and repair services as needed by the City of Vallejo . The Contractor will provide pump and equipment inspections as well as repair services at the Contractor ’ s workshop / facility or any of the City - owned or leased properties including , but not be limited to , the areas located within the City of Vallejo such as the Fleming Hill Water Treatment Plant , Green Valley Water Treatment Plant , Travis Air Force Base Water Treatment Plant , 26 pump stations , Lake Frey , Lake Madigan , Lake Curry , Skyview Tank , Cordelia Reservoir , and other reservoirs . Contractors who submit quotes will need to demonstrate their respective shops possess the type of equipment to perform the following : • Dynamic balancing equipment • Shaft machining capability • Vertical turbine pump repair capability • Hydrostatic and performance testing capability • Laser alignment tools • Vibration analysis capability • Adequate lifting equipment |
