Description | This is a Request for Qualifications / Proposals (“ RFQ / P ”) for Design Professional Services with no minimum guarantee issued by the City of Kansas City , Missouri (“ City ). The services required include , but may not be limited to surveying , drafting , GIS , performing studies , evaluation and recommendation of improvements , hydraulic modeling , estimates of construction costs , ROW acquisition , construction management , construction inspection and design of storm water improvements including culverts , storm sewers , inlets , drainage ditches , improving channels , curbs roadways , sustainable “ Green ” BMP , streambank stabilization , or other improvements necessary to improve or maintain the stormwater conveyance system . Task Agreements will be issued to the design professional for specific personnel with the MBE or WBE subs or to the prime on a project - by - project basis . Personnel selected shall not be changed without approval of the City and may be grounds to terminate the contract . |
