The Consultant will provide a wide range of services such as traffic studies , modeling , roadway and intersection design , safety analysis , signal and signage design , development review support , preparation of plans , specifications , and other work assigned on an as - needed basis through task orders to address the City ’ s evolving transportation needs . |
