Description | The services required shall involve various on - call tree services , from removal to trimming , on trees located on Town property . a . Two ( 2 ) day reporting from the time the Contractor is notified to perform work on trees within the Town . b . If service is required on less than five ( 5 ) trees , the Town will request the Contractor to schedule the work within ten ( 10 ) working days . c . Emergency service shall be on a twenty - four ( 24 )- hour notice basis . These cases would include storm and vehicle damage where the work exceeds that of Town forces . d . “ Normal business hours ” means 7 : 00 a . m . to 5 : 00 p . m ., Monday through Friday , ( excluding legal holidays ). “ Outside normal business hours ” means Saturdays , Sundays , legal holidays and all times other than normal business hours on Monday through Friday . |
