Description | The City of Gresham invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide engineering services based upon the scope of work contained in the Request for Proposal . The intent is to select multiple firms to provide services . Services are sought to support the design , implementation , and maintenance of projects centered around the City ' s Water Department . Consultant services are used to provide professional guidance , design , review , and technical report writing . Work may include small to medium sized projects centered around water mains , pump stations , and reservoirs . Because services are requested as the need arises , there is no guarantee that a successful contract will have requested services in the contract term . |
