Description | Scope of Services Valley Water requires experienced , and qualified consultants to provide On - Call Water Quality Technical Services including regulatory , operational , and technical on an as - needed basis related to Valley Water ’ s three water treatment plants ( Rinconada Water Treatment Plant , Santa Teresa Water Treatment Plant , and Penitencia Water Treatment Plant ) and the advanced water purification center ( Silicon Valley Advanced Water Purification Center ), Vasona Pilot Plant , turnouts and transmission mains , drinking water wells , pump stations , and reservoirs . Other Details Minimum Qualifications : • The Proposer or Proposer ’ s employees shall have at least 10 years of professional engineering experience in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering with an emphasis on drinking water and recycled water treatment , distribution , and regulatory compliance • The Proposer or Proposer ’ s employees shall have a strong understanding of regulations , requirements , and codes related to drinking water and recycled water treatment and distribution . • The Proposer or Proposer ’ s employee must be licensed professional engineers in the State of California . • The Proposer or Proposer ’ s employees must possess a Grade 3 or higher Water Treatment Operator License in the State of California . |
