( 1 ). The Contractor shall provide rental of the number of bins identified in Exhibit F , with a paper capacity of no less than one hundred ( 100 ) pounds , [ 64 ] gallon bins ), as described below : a . Bin ( s ) must have lockable device . b . Bins of sixty - four ( 64 ) gallons and ninety - five ( 95 ) gallon capacity shall have wheels . c . Two ( 2 ) keys or the combination code to each bin must be provided to the DMV Office Manager or their designated representative . d . Any broken or stolen locks shall be replaced by the Contractor at no additional cost to the DMV . e . Bin ( s ) or lid ( s ) must be replaced if damaged at no additional cost to the DMV . f . Placement of bin ( s ) will be designated by the DMV Office Manager or their designated representative . 1 . Since the bin ( s ) are located within the building , the Contractor shall transport the bin ( s ) in order to complete the service , replacing the bin ( s ) once the service has been completed . ( 2 ). Confidential on - site document shredding / destruction and recycling services as described below : a . Shredding / destruction shall be witnessed by the DMV Office Manager or their designated representative . b . Service shall be performed in a competent , safe , and professional manner by properly trained workers and shall be performed to the DMV ’ s satisfaction . All materials shall be handled by the Contractor in such a manner as to prevent loss or unauthorized inspection at any time . c . The Contractor shall shred / destroy materials “ as is ”. The DMV employees shall not be required to sort through the materials and separate them by color or type ( driver license , identification card , salesperson card ) or to remove items such as , but not limited to , paper clips , binder clips , post - it notes , staples , manila folders , binders , and rubber bands from the materials prior to destruction ...
